MCA sec-gen welcomes court ruling on vernacular schools

PUTRAJAYA: MCA secretary-general Datuk Chong Sin Woon has welcomed the Federal Court decision to dismiss lawyer Mohd Khairul Azam Abdul Aziz's leave application to question the constitutionality of vernacular schools in the country.

Chong, who is a former deputy education minister, said that the judge's ruling was the “best decision” based on the law.
